The working principle of this dry coating room + VOC organic waste gas treatment device: the spray of paint spray generated during painting operation will cause pollution to the human body and the atmosphere. The exhaust gas discharge of this painting room adopts labyrinth block filter sedimentation and paint mist. Cotton filtration and catalytic combustion are combined in three ways; the exhaust gas is drained by high-pressure fan to the national standard discharge (GB16297-1996 comprehensive emission standard for atmospheric pollutants). Because the temperature in the catalytic chamber is 300-350 ° C, which is the discharge temperature; in order to make reasonable use of the heat source, we add a heat exchanger in front of the induced draft fan to preheat the new exhaust gas, and reasonably set the area of the heat exchanger to achieve continuous operation. When the heat exchange is balanced, the electric heating stops working, and the whole system maintains the heat balance operation.
